The Plate Termoformer, manufactured by Matrasur Composites, is designed for use in thermoforming large industrial components through the heating of acrylic sheets into specific forms. This machine features an accurate temperature control ensuring high quality forming as well as consistent production conditions. It can be provided with a mould change mechanism as well as a tool replacement which minimizes idle duration and enhances productivity. This machine can be customized to meet specific client requirements. Among the features that can be altered are the length, height, thickness and width as well as the materials that are used in the thermoforming process.
