The FB320 packaging system is specifically designed for use in pharmaceutical industry for the thermoforming of trays from a variety of film materials including PVC, PET, Polystyrene (PS), PP and PLA multilayer laminates. It offers a unique combination of flexibility, reliability and efficiency with simple and easy maintenance procedures, due to it's sturdy and highly modular balcony type construction with stainless steel finish, separate servo-driven stations, double web-index units and high draw depth of 42 mm. This fully automated and PC controlled model is equipped with a simple and user friendly interface that allows customization of the cycle speed as well as easy changeover without any specialized tools. It is available with or without the heat-sealing station and is designed for from/to connection with in-line integrated machines.
