The Ima Industries has manufactured the C260 thermoforming machine. The device is a multi-lane deep draw thermoforming apparatus suitable for packaging liquid and powder products. It was specifically designed for small to medium production. The tool leaves a small footprint, built with a balcony construction that is fully accessible. This machine features a GMP design, and a large and expandable feeding area for holding collective feeding systems.It comes with two separate cutting solutions, a fixed size cutter and an adjustable size cutter. The fixed size cutter can be used and disassembled easily. It is also capable of manufacturing high-quality products. The adjustable size cutter is suitable to use when the same product is to be packaged in single and in multiple packs.
In addition, this thermoformed film drive system guarantees precise cutting, avoiding damage to cutting units and products.
