This LPU™ Laboratory Pelletizing System is designed by Gala Industries. The machine is suitable for several polymers, offering greater flexibility of a single machine. With Minimal start-up waste and floor space. This equipment provides an automated start-up & shutdown and redundant safety interlocks.

The failsafe pelletizer clamping assembly is also provided. It also has a clean operation with low noise levels and low energy consumption with efficient closed loop filtered water system. All necessary electrical controls are contained in a simple modular, free-standing panel with a local HMI for operator convenience.
