Beside-the-press plastic granulator - MAS1, MAS3
The MAS1 + MAS3 are WITTMANN BATTENFELD's standard granulators providing excellent quality grinding processes. These machines are fitted with staggered rotor knives that has the capability of "pulling" parts efficiently and effectively. The knives are made from hardened high alloys and yields an optimum cutting force, fully distributed along the cutting chamber. They can be maintained easily by sharpening it several times depending on the wear damage. Its cutting geometry allows for easy change-up without additional adjustment. Proper maintenance through efficient cleaning and sharpening prolongs the service life of the knives, reducing downtime and contributing to its overall cost efficiency.
