The HAAKE Minilab micro compounder by Thermo Scientific is designed to provide an accurately regulated reactive extrusion of high viscous melts needing just about 5g or 7cm3 samples.It contains nano-composites, bio polymers or pharmaceuticals which do not add to the industry's growing problems.Expensive compounding and small scale materials are easily accessible and have a user-friendly operation.
The rheological characteristics can be noted for identifying structural changes.In addition to the above,a continuous extrusion is also possible,even with little
volume flows.This is possible by the optional force feeder.
