Vertical injection molding machine / hydraulic - CM 40
The CM 40 of Wittman has a tie bar-less vertical clamping unit in a compact design. It comes with a servo valve controlled, vertical injection units from the TM and HM series to process TPE and various conventional thermoplastic resins. This unit has a precise platen parallelism across the entire stroke through support through its linear guides to provide high opening and closing speeds. The design of the injection unit can either be horizontal or vertical along with carriage cylinders positioned opposite each other for momentum-free nozzle carriage.
Furthermore, it has direct screw drive in its low-speed hydraulic motor with optimal adaptation to meet individual plasticizing demands. This perpendicular clamping unit consists of an ergonomic structure in partially automatic operations with a decreased running altitude of 1,000 mm.
