They are mounted directly on the material inlet of the extruder and injection/blow molding equipment to depose micro metal particles from regrind, recycled and virgin material.
It is beneficial as it is highly mechanical and functionally reliable. It catches even minute magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles in regrind, recycled and virgin material. It constantly conveys during separation without decreasing the speed of conveying. It can be automatically self-adjusted and has a permanent auto-control or temperature compensation.
