Injection press separator / metal - METRO SM
Motan Colortonic has manufactured the Metro SM metal separators. These tools are suitable for regrind, recycled or virgin material, mounted at the material inlet of extruders, and for the injection or blow molding of machines. These devices offer a high mechanical and operational reliability. These metal separators are equipped with an automatic self-adjustment mode, and permanent auto-control or temperature compensation.These equipment can detect very small magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles in regrind, recycled and virgin material. The series also continuously convey during separation without reducing the conveying speed. The Metro SM has trouble-free installation in existing horizontal, vertical and sloping vacuum and pressure conveying lines. In addition, blocked nozzles, filters and hot runner systems lead to reduced production interruptions, downtime and delayed deliveries.
