Pelletizing extrusion line / PP / PVC / PET - max. 1 300 kg/h
battenfeld-cincinnati USA The counter-rotating twin-screw extruders with EMS technology, as supplied by battenfeld-cincinnati, are an ideal line concept in PVC pelletizing. They are ideal for the flexible pelletizing of soft and rigid PVC with outputs of up to 1,800 kg/h. The attributes of the melt can be controlled and influenced by the EMS electric-powered back pressure gap adjustment facility. These include melt pressure and temperature, material degassing and the degree of plasticization.

Conventional, counter-rotating twin screw extruders are offered as alternatives to standard PVC dryblends with an output of up to 1300 kg/h. The screw design is optimized for the individual PVC formulation in this case. battenfeld-cincinnati offers single-screw extruders with either smooth or grooved feed zones, combined with degassing screws or barrier screws, for pelletizing thermoplastic materials (PE, PET, PC, ABS, PA, PP and PS).

The benefits of this machine design include high outputs with superior dispersion, better versatility and smooth operation, with a hassle-free melt exit.
