Masterbatch production extrusion line - ø 45 - 140 mm, 40 - 1200 kg/h | SJW(M)

The SJW (M) is a co-kneader with a twin screw extruder. A melt pump is placed between the main extruder and die. The melt pumps eliminates surging and other fluctuations, reduction of inconsistent melt temperatures, high pressure on a lower temperature, pumping or mixing capacity of the extruder, lesse start up time and reduction of energy needed by the extruder.

The machine is s specifically developed to be used in applications such as color masterbach, high loading filler masterbach, adhesive, engineered elastomers and foods.
