The Film for optical film extrusion line/cast film is capable of producing a highly-flexible operation. Both sides of this machine are polished, and it is also composed of a mat and a structured film, with optical properties. The product can produce an ultra-thin, low-tension films with high optical quality. It is made based from superior know-how gained from years of utilizing extrusion technology. The manufacturer also utilizes special calendar techniques where tensions are kept to their minimum. The precise and reproducible adjustment of the roll gap, combined with the high stability of the calendar rolls are considered as prerequisite for the ideal production of minimum film thickness.
