Bubble wrap film extrusion line / cast film - MAC BUBBLE™
The MAC BUBBLE is a traditional off-line system that processes LPDE for high-output air bubble film production. A thermoform process laminates two individual films through the Tefloncoated cylinders. The cylinders are heated by a diathermic oilcircuit connected to electric heating units. Thus enabling a high-speed air bubble film production with superior lamination quality. The system has a non-board network connections that permits machine function to be monitored using the internet. The systems modular configurations are utilized for helpful upgrades like a perforation unit, a 3rd layer lamination unit and many more.
The maximum production speed of the unit is 65 m/min. Its forming roller diameter is 450 mm.
