The COEX BUBBLE (10) is a cast co-extrusion system with 3 different extruders. It is designed to process LDPE, TIE and Nylon-PA6 pellets to produce highest performances and symmetrically structured (ABCBA+ABCBA), multilayer air bubble film. It integrates an air-tight, Nylon-PA6 barrier with its 10-layer structure and makes longer bubble-air-retention and improve the film's cushioning and protective properties, even at reduced thicknesses.
the COEX BUBBLE (10) series is fully automatic and particularly suitable for technical packaging and envelopes. It also includes touch screen system controls for custom configuration of production methods. It has an on-board network connection which provides that machine function can be remotely supervised through Internet. The MAC BUBBLE is a traditional off-line system that processes LPDE for high-output air bubble film production. A thermoform process laminates two individual films through the Tefloncoated cylinders. The cylinders are heated by a diathermic oilcircuit connected to electric heating units. Thus enabling a high-speed air bubble film production with superior lamination quality.

The system has a non-board network connections that permits machine function to be monitored using the internet. The systems modular configurations are utilized for helpful upgrades like a perforation unit, a 3rd layer lamination unit and many more.

The maximum production speed of the unit is 65 m/min. Its forming roller diameter is 450 mm.

WATER-PROOFING THERMOPLASTIC MEMBRANES

Single and multilayer membranes with PP or PET scrim, or alternatively fibre glass mating as inner reinforcement to reach high dimensional strength required to endure any severe weather condition. These membranes comply with UEATC standards for civil applications, such as buildings, roofing systems, tunnel proofing barriers or water basins.
