Edge-banding machine for wood - max. 10 - 60 mm, 3.5 kW | QUARTZ series

QUARTZ 4.3 are perfect solutions designed for woodworking operations and panel processing small and medium companies.
It provides a professional edge banding according to the developed heavy duty feed belt and chain, gluing-unit, end-cutter unit, trimming-unit with height frequency motor and encoder to give a continuous feed speed. There are optional features available such as edge scraping-unit and/or brushes-unit.
The machine guarantees very high performance because of its possibility to work on 10- 60mm panel height and tape edge (made of melamine, abs, pvc or veneer) with maximum height of 65mm.
It is also applicable on slim coil edges up to 3 mm and edges in strips of wood up to 5x45mm.
The machine is flexible and user friendly. It provides very fast work changeover from slim tapes between 0,4-0,6-2-3mm and solid wood lippings all within a few minutes.
