Grate - ARMOR series
The ARMOR series of polyurethane screens from WEIR MINERALS, utilize high quality wire cloth coated with polyurethane. This provides services that have greater open areas and longer operating lives than the traditional polyurethane screens. The Armor coating provides not only coating services, but also the benefits from relief tapered openings, that enhance throughput and minimize plugging. It operates with less down times that are caused by screen change outs. They are more affordable than the traditional screens. They also offer ease in installations through like screen panels, and do not need any installation configuration. Furthermore, its units are available with square openings, with a measurement range of 9.525 - 39.1 millimeters.
