The Azo TW 650 is a screening system that utilizes a snap-lock coupling to link between a tanker and a silo to be filled. The inlet of this equipment connects to a feed hopper while its outlet connects to a downstream conveyor, when this system is utilized after a product pick-up station. The product is pneumatically conveyed through an integrated screen, by turning in the pressure generator. Any contaminants larger than the mesh size are left out in the whole process. A vibrator restricts mesh blockage during the entire process. After conveying, the process continues without the product, to empty the screens. The quick release clamps then can be opened, the screener examined, and the contaminants extracted. After which, the system is now ready for the next screening process.

The Cyclone screener E 420 is a screening system that filters bulk materials in the food, plastics, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
The material is first metered into system through an inlet pipe which is done via rotary feeder or a metering screw. Then the product- transported by the feeding screw into the screening compartment- slowly ripples through the screen fabric by the fluidizing bar. The fines fall through while rough particles like contamination and agglomerates are discharged. The baffle ate the end of the screen stop fines from mixing with the coarse product. The screen fabric attached to rings can jiggle freely and automatically cleans itself.

On the other hand, the Gravity Rotation Separator has a 75t/h maximum throughput that feeds product through gravity. The Horizontal Fluidbed Separator composes of 40 t/h utmost throughput providing no requirement of valves. The last model which is the Drum sieve has 75 maximum throughput and uses upstream of pellet separator.
