The V-75 Manual surface generator can produce up to 70 optical lenses per hour and can process all kinds of materials such as mineral glass,cutting aluminum and plastic lap tools. It can provide generating, chamfering, cribbing and prism cutting during a single surfacing cycle and is equipped to handle all standard geometries in order to perform hard lap fining and polishing. Additionally it offers errorfree data input as it can be connected to a variety of lab management systems.
