The VARICOATER LF laminating system represents an environmentally friendly and highly cost and energy efficient solution for the production of laminates form a variety of flexible materials such as plastic films, paper, aluminum foil, etc. This model can accommodate production volumes from 250 to 500 m/min and was specifically designed for 100% solids solvent-free adhesive lamination. It features a 4-roller unit system for adhesive coating, precise web tension control for both winders and drawers and a very responsive AC drive technology (dosing rollers, laminating station). This system can be provided as a model intended for standalone operation and the model for in-line operation in combination with printing presses. Additionally, unwind and rewind units are available as single roll systems or shaftless flying splice winders.
