IMA Industries' C2002 Tea Bag Packaging Machine features a high-speed packaging system. This system has been designed and manufactured out of all the company's modern technology systems they have available. It features an automatic cartoning mechanism from flat banks, and two differing model configurations. One showcases 1 to 2 rows, and another sports 1 to 4 rows. The C2002 can produce a wide range of bags, which includes naked bags, and double-chamber filter bags. The naked bags are crimped and heat-sealed, complete with outer envelopes at 600-cycle-per-minute production speeds, while the double-chamber filter bags are complete with strings and tags, but without aluminum staples. A broad array of carton sizes is available, and a quick size changeover function is guaranteed.
