Deodorization solution - SoftColumn™
The SoftColumn™, which is manufactured by Alfa Laval, is a device that has been developed to provide effective, and reliable quality performance and it is specifically used for deodorizing applications in the production of edible fats and oils. Its versatile, and compact design is integrated with thin-film technology enables the device to reduce usage of steam as well as processing oil at lower temperatures. It is integrated with separate stripping and retention sections.
