Classifier mill
The flat bottom classifier is used in the hydraulic classification of particles by their size or density. It accurately extracts the light particles from slurry while displacing a small amount of heavy or coarse particles to the overflow.It effectively washes soluble or colloidal specks from the granular particles through counter-current plug flow washing. It achieves high sharpness with minimal misplaced materials via direct bed level measurement and its numerous discharge valves produce an even bed draw down, minus valve blockage or channeling. Equipped with a number of injection nozzles, equal water distribution is achieved despite minimal flow rates is delivered. The moving parts are hidden when processing the slurry which results in low maintenance as well as prolonged operating life.
