Jet dispensing system - PICO®

The PICO dispensing system by Nordson EFD combines superior process control and accuracy with high production speeds, being suitable for various applications in the industry, available in three configurations that can handle any application. The jet valve systems in this series also make it possible to apply fluids in volumes starting from two nanoliters, at impressive speeds of up to 500Hz.

Next, the items in this series do not contact the substrate directly, being ideal for applying fluid in areas that are hard to access, and even to uneven or delicate substrates, which do not require the use of a dispensing needle. The needle valve system is able to produce dots that are extremely small, along with well-defined lines and precise control.

The tactile or camera-guided seam tracking allows for expansion of this product, which can be done with a CCD camera, crash sensor, cross jet or protective glass monitoring.
