Casting machine vacuum - TVCd-XL
The TOPCAST's TVCd-XL series double chamber pressure over vacuum casting machines are used for lost wax casting production lines of aluminum and bronze alloys. The melting chamber and flask chamber are independent during casting, and the machine can control the metal injection by applying differential pressure, offering faster injection than conventional systems, directly providing a better surface finish of cast parts. The cycle last a few minutes, and during cooling of previous flask in protective gas for oxidation elimination, the next charge can be loaded and melted, offering minimal downtime. These machines operate automatically, and feature a PC based monitoring system, offering easy parameter acquisition and production data management, for different kinds of alloys and materials. They represent a highly sophisticated innovative solution for demanding casting industrial applications.
