TCE Vacuum Centrifugal Casting equipment is an extremely rugged, constant and user-friendly solution for molding small as well as moderate sized laboratories. TCE in grade B is specifically ideal for Platinum, Palladium or steel whereas the class A has been engineered for Ti molding. The molding treatment is completely modifiable and comprises of numerous stages. This includes gas cleansing for elimination of O2 from the liquefying room, alloy liquefaction in vacuum or shielded climate, induction liquefaction or triggering of alloy for precise synchronization.

Additionally, it also features precise regulation of temperature using a patented slim band visual pyrometer, vacuuming of the room prior to molding well as Centrifugal molding with pace and digitally regulated velocity. The refrigeration of inert atmosphere prior to detachment of flask molding is not restricted to equipment. This enables the TOPCAST to present an in-depth and constant study of crucible and investment components.
