Screw mixer / vertical - 11 200 kg
The vertical mixers are designed to provide capacities in the range of 70 liters up to 16,000 liters, i.e. approximately 11,200 kg. The entire body is structured from carbon steel and coated externally with paint. The mixer is provided adequate support by four sturdy legs. The mixing screw is positioned internally, in a vertical pipe. The mixer is outfitted with a charging hopper and a butterfly valve-equipped discharge pipe at the side. The mixer provides excellent mixing results which are uniform and smooth.
A generously dimensioned door is provided in the mixer, in order to facilitate easy and convenient cleaning as well as maintenance. The mixer encompasses a 400 V belt motor.
