The WBH Horizontal Single Shaft Batch Mixers are made up of an outlet with a discharge valve, a venting spout, a mixing shaft, mixing drum vessel with an inlet, a drive device which is complete with power transmission and double drum closing end plates that totes flanged end bearing assemblies with unified shaft sealing device which are changeable. The turbulence in the mix which is most often included in all the product particles in the combining process, is the outcome of the inclined blade-type shovel tools pivoted in a special compromise on the shaft in a horizontal, cylindrical drum. The formation of dead spots is avoided guaranteeing an accurate mixing.
