High-shear mixer / batch / sanitary - Flex-Mix Instant
The Flex-Mix Instant Mixer is engineered for batch mixing, inline mixing, or continuous mixing in closed systems. Powder is sucked into a circulating liquid through a vacuum installed in the machine. It is then homogenized through the mixer.It performs a high shear mixing process which allows a high intake of powder. Air in the machine is also removed efficiently, thus extending the running time and guaranteeing the consistency of the quality. As it is built for flexibility, the machine can handle a huge amount of formulations.
