SODIMIX by SODIMATE is the new and patented dust free mixing system which features efficient wetting systems and reliable dust collection. The outlet chute in which the dry materials are fed is connected with a plunging pipe to make up the wetting system. The outlet chute is stemmed into the slurry tank. The powder is premixed after distribution by shaft driven impellers after being fed into the tank. The screw feeding outlet is connected to the supply through which the water is educted.The dust generated from the screw feeder is vacuumed out with the help of the suction created by the Venturi system. All residual particles are cleaned and discharged into the slurry tank after the supply of water is directed to the ejector at the end of every batching cycle.
A wide range of slurry applications can employ the SODIMIX system including soda ash slurry, PAC slurry, lime slurry. It is mainly used in systems that are used to treat flue gas, waste water and water used to mine steel.
