Gravimetric dispenser / plastic granule - Colorblend M-G
Colortronic Colorblend G is a synchronized digital dosing system. It has been developed for accurate dosing of plastic additives on any plastics processing equipment. These include blow moulding, injection moulding, or all extrusion processes. It provides accurate gravimetric dosing with the help of an optimally-sized dosing disc, a special DC drive motor, and colortronic's easy-to-use control. This combination allows additive dosing, which is synchronized with the processing machine and the material flow of the main component. colortronic assures an uniform mix at all times with no risk of de-mixing, even if micro-batch or micro-pellets are used.
Colortronic's unique design removes the strain from material changeover. Users need to only lift two quick disconnects and the additive station. If customers go for an extra station, changeover can be instant. Even without a spare station, cleaning and material changeover is done within minutes.
