The stepping stone for pioneering three step coal feeding is a perfect blend of system components. This is made possible with a pressure resistant mass flow feed system that relies on a horizontal star feeder and uses the Coriolis principle. Schenck Process Silo Engineering represents the mass flow at the start of the process chain. The horizontal star feeder is embedded with a large agitation system and silo outlet, which ensures pulsation free discharge and material homogenization from the silo. The flow of the material is measured accurately and quickly with the help of the Coriolis principle, and this machine works without being affected by external sources.
