The Aspen and 4000 Series tube-fin heat exchangers are perfect foor applications that require deionized water or erosive liquids along with a greater performance heat exchanger. In the event that a slightly reduced performance/ volume value can be accepted, the Aspen can provide 80% of the performance of the 4000 Series at about 50% of its price.

Additionally, the Aspen also features reduced air and fluid side force drops as compared to the 4000 Series. The 4000 series, however can be a perfect tool when a greater performance is needed in a small foot print.

The Aspen along with 4000 Series are deigned for greater performance and consists of bulky-walled, rimless stainless steel tubes that are converted into copper fin using an extruded full collar. The copper fin as well as the exceptional metal-to-metal communication across the tube and the fin collar guarantees maximum thermal performance.
