Scraped surface heat exchanger - HT 680
The Ht 680 is an exchanger scraped surface heat developed by APV. It is specifically built to be mounted on a frame with 0.87 m2 heat transfer surface.In addition, the unit is equipped with dasher that is supported in both ends outside the unit area ensuring a balanced dasher pressure. It is also engineered in compliance to EHEDG and 3A principles suitable for dairy and food industries.
