Chamber furnace / hardening / carburizing - FTH1
This hardening furnace has been developed for turned part manufacturers, watch movement manufacturers and manufacturers of small mechanical pieces. Its semi-automatic hardening cycle with gas protection allows hardening the goods directly in the oil tank in front of the furnace.Once immersion in the oil tank is finished, the lift pulls up the goods from the tank. Then a linear axis takes the basket out of the furnace (no mixing of parts, homogeneous hardening). A carbon dissociator prevents decarburizing of the pieces. The basket dimensions are defined in accordance with your needs.
