The pharmaceutical industry sterilizer - max. 36 000 p/h
The Bausch + Stroebel's Sterilizing tunnel is used for automatically disinfecting and depyrogenizing syringe output of up to 36,000 syringes/h. This system comes in a broad spectrum of capacities and sizes making it ideal for industrial syringe application.Its process starts by conveying the syringes through the tunnel, making it free from any moist. This operation also allows the materials to be sterilized and then be cooled for an instant successive sealing and filling. The whole sterilizing process is done through a minimal turbulence displacement air flow, particularly through a HEPA filter, going down to the ampoule neck.. All of the syringes are transported through special transport units.
