Innopro KZE C is a flash pasteurizer that gives continuous pasteurization for various applications, extending the shelf lives of beverages. At a certain heat retention period, the item can adapt to suit the particular requirements of an application, killing microorganisms and disabling enzymes in products at the same time. It is possible to circulate hot water according to the capacity, which will warm up the product and heat the beverage to pasteurization temperature. The use of a plate heat exchanger can lead to the pasteurization of no less than 60,000 liters in an hour. The liquids include wheat beer, beer, low-fiber juice and other still and carbonated beverages, free of fiber.
