Innopas PI/IISC tunnel pasteurizer delivers optimal biological safety for a variety of products, containers and closures while filling glasses, cans and PET bottles with liquids like beer, juice, iced tea and soft drinks. They come as either single-deck or double-deck machines. The conveyor belts are made of either steel or plastic, depending on the type of container through which they pass. A noted feature of the tunnel pasteurizer is that it is possible to calculate temperatures and PUs based on measured values and also precise pasteurizing for about 180,000 containers per hour. Active spraying using full-cone clamp nozzles grace each deck of the device ensuring perfect and uniform distribution of water. The pasteurizer promises low power consumption too with its optimized water and heat management system and stainless steel construction.
