Tetra Therm Lacta PMO is a dairy pasteurization unit designed for continuous processing and pasteurization of Grade “A” milk, cheesemilk, yoghurtmilk, cream, ice-cream mix and other low acid liquid dairy products, according to the standards of the U.S. Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) and the 3A Sanitary Standards.Tetra ThermLacta PMO is automated to safeguard production. Production is strictly controlled by production recipes with processing parameters and a separate public health PLC.
