Pneumatic micro-valve - VB
Valve Box VB for PGN-plus from SHUNK is designed with high compactness for superior efficiency and minimum time cycle. The highly integrated micro valves provide superior handling performance. The valve box increases actuation speed by up to 100 %, reduces compressed air consumption and energy costs. The compact unit has central connections providing air and electrical signals.In conventional pneumatic solution, the feeding long air supply line loses compressed air with each cycle. The valve box VB is directly attached to the PGN-plus universal gripper causing instant filling of the actuator's piston area. This helps to minimize air consumption and ensures shorter cycle time.
