This 3/2-way pinch valve of series 16.002.316 controls medium flow by pinching the inserted tube. It is made for flexible tubes up to 3.2 mm (outer diameter) and a shore hardness value of 50-60. This unique design eliminates the traditional valve seat and membrane to avoid liquid flow turbulence and resulting dead areas in the valve housing, that might collect dirt or medium.

This kind of valve is best wherever hygiene is critical. Its chemical resistance will depend on the tube material.
