The MLV-3 is a 3-way, heavy-duty mini limit valves designed with spring return and air extend motion. This product can be mounted by dual #20 holes or 15/32-32 thread. It features a maximum of 10 to 32 thread ports, 1/8"stern travel, 150 PSI and 48 oz nominal force. It can operate under an ambient temperature that ranges from 32 F to 230 F.

These servo valves are direct-operated, being suitable for analog signals. The operation is powered by a linear force motor and there is no requirement in terms of a pilot flow. The high force range improves the operating limits significantly, and a direct consequence of this is the lack of flow limitations.

The flow is rated to 100 L/min, and the device is able to operate under a pressure of maximum 350 bar, or 5,000 psi. The mounting pattern includes sizes 03 and 05, and the supply voltage is 24 VDC.

The Hagglunds pressure limiting valves are used for highly dynamic systems such as extremely heavy loads. These were designed specifically for winches and shredders, but can also be used in applications that have overrunning loads.

Connection is made between the oil inlets and outlets. The valves offer protection to the motor by supporting the drive system in handling overloads. They are able to function from low to high pressure and are usually double sided allowing usage in both closed and open hydraulic setups. Single models contain both purge and integrated circuits and are uniquely adapted for closed systems.
