This is a double-flanged butterfly valve that works for high pressure situations and is useful for heavy industry projects and for shipbuilding functions. This has a nominal diameter of DN 50 to DN 1200 and works with a large variety of flanges. It has a DIN EN 19 marking and an EN ISO 5211 top flange.
Face-to-face flanges conform to EN 558 Series 13, ISO 5752 Series 13, and API 609 Table 2C. Flange accommodation is to EN 1092 PN 6/10/16/25, ASME Class 150/300 and AS 4087 PN 16/21. The surface design of the flange is to EN 1092 Form A/B, ASME RF and FF. Tightness check fulfils specifications of EN 12266 (Leakage Rate A) and ISO 5208, Category 3.
This line works at temperatures from 40 to 200 degrees Celsius depending on the pressure, medium of operation and the materials that are coming in. This can work at up to 25 bars of operating pressure and uses 0.2 bars of absolute pressure in the vacuum but this also varies based on the medium being used and the temperature being managed.
