Forward acting bursting disc - BT-ODV
BT-ODV are Triple section bursting discs specially designed with a combination of high precision laser cut breaking points burst element and sealing membrane to ensure accurate operation at up to 80% of the burst rating. The forward acting triple-section bursting disc is used for determination of burst pressure and finds its application in low to medium pressure environments. In corrosive applications, either a teflon or SST sealing membrane isolates the burst element to ensure higher burst ratings. The discs incorporates an integrated vacuum support that fully supports cyclic pressures from full vacuum to positive pressure within limits of 80% ratio boundary. The discs can be easily installed in the IG Bursting disc holder. The DN 20 (3/4") size disc fits into U-Holder unit while the ST-ODV disc provides suitable fit into the S-Holder unit.
