Vacuum valve / corner / high vacuum - XL series
This XL series high vacuum angle valve is designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity, giving the entire valve body a uniform temperature and noticably decreasing the condensation of gases within the valve. The valve does not contain any heavy metals includings Ni (nickel) or Cr (chrome) and is designed with a low sputtering yield, which minimizes heavy metal contamination of the semiconductor wafers.
