The PUMP1000-4L-CONTROL hand pump is a perfect device to generate pressure because the rolling bearings use hydraulic nut to drive against their tapering base. In the first phase, the bearing moves smoothly on the tapered base, and then the hydraulic nut is screwed against the shaft to connect the hand pump. The hand pump works to get the appropriate pressure required to reach the starting position. The pump also drives bearing at the compulsory drive-up distance to achieve the final position.The operations of PUMP1000-4L-CONTROL can be easily understand with the user manual that contains a table to display the required number of strokes to get the required drive-up distance of the bearing. The distance is calculated with the help of software Mounting Manager.
