Gear pump / lubrication - Meter-Flo
With eleven pump models to choose from, the meter-flo electric rugged gear pump is engineered for demanding operations such as on-road lubrication, series progressive lubrication and single line parallel lubrication and other applications that demand constant oil delivery of up to 1,000 lubrication points. The gear pump comes with interconnected circuits having 1/2 horsepower motor that is able to rotate up to 1,725 rpm. Its output volumes reach 245 cubic inches per minute. To ensure continuous delivery of suitable volume, its positive displacement feature is acquired. It has a flexible valve for relieving pressure; this protects the pump against different overload conditions. For a simple installation, the standard SAE 4-bolt mounting is used.

Single-circuit pumps are also available as reservoir units that can be integrated with lubricant reservoirs in both metal or plastic.
Some reservoir units applied for industrial lubrication include one or more pump units, directional control or pressure-limiting valves, filters, oil level indicator, various pressure gauges, heating component, cooling devices, pressure and float switch, thermometer, return ports, and flow monitor.

The 4100series are able to handle inlet pressure up to 250 psi at 1750 rpm rotor speed and provide the maximum discharge pressure of 300 psi.
There is also an option of delivering these pumps with tang shafts, outboard ball bearings, relief valves and seals that can be made out of neoprene, Bruna N, Viton or EPR.
The 4300 series have mechanical type face seals. Ten models cover the capacities in range from 6 GPM to 84 GPM. They come with the Woodruff keyway shafts. They can also be fitted with relief valve, outboard ball bearings and seal made out of Buna N, Viton, EPR or neoprene. The mounting foot is also available as an option.
The maximum inlets pressure for these pumps is 250 psi at motor speed of 1750 rpm. Maximum possible discharge pressure of these pumps is 300 psi. Finally, the maximum differential pressure for them is 150 psi.
