Drum pump / for concentrated acid - max. 80 l/min, IP54 | MA II - PVDF 41
The Lutz Pump Set Concentrated Acids and Alcals are used for substances like chromic acid, chloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and hydrofluoric acid and similar.It is delivered with the MA II 3, externally ventilated 460 W or MA II 5 internally ventilated 575 W motor. The delivery rate is up to 75 liters per minute with first option and up to 80 liters per minute with the second. Delivery head is 17 m wc with the default motor and up to 17 m wc with the optional one. This pump can deal with the material with viscosity of up to 500 mPas in the first and up to 800 mPas in the second variant.
The immersion length of the pump can be 1000 mm or 1200 mm and both versions are available from stock.
The pump set consists of a MA II 5 or MA II 3 motor, a pump tube made out of PVDF 41-L-SL HC polyvinylidenefluoride with Hastelloy-C shaft, 3/4" hose connection, a nozzle made out of PVDF, hose clips, drum adapter made out of PP and a 2.5 m long special chemical hose.
