Rapid fitting / high-pressure - 10 000 psi, 1/2" | WB series
The Parker WB Series couplings are made specifically for cleaning machinery such as mill scale and paint removal. The WB Series has an operational pressure of 10,000 psi that makes it suitable for applications that require couplings with high pressure capacity but low pressure drop. Its features include quick and simple push-in connections so it does not require the retraction of the sleeve in the coupling process. The female connector has locking collets that which maintains an optimal 360 degrees contact with the male connector thus promoting an even load distribution and decrease brinelling. It is also corrosion-resistant due to its zinc plating and yellow chromate finishing. The design promotes optimal flow with very minimal decrease in pressure. Seals are kept intact even at high pressure due to the fluoropolymer back-up washer. Its lock has a sleeve design which prevents the chances of accidental disconnections. The locking collets are corrosion-resistant with stainless steel construction and provide smooth locking.
