AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC DLP are Automated disc filters for adaptions to installations in which pressure conditions limits to the rest of self- cleaning systems. It saves water, energy and minimizes back flushing pressure to enhance efficiency per filter using the unique AZUD Helix System.AZUD's system allows a wide range of flows and configurations in certain components by improving versatility, compatibility and modularity. The filtration stage occurs when the helix creates a centrifugal rotating effect upon penetrating the filter to remove solid substances from the discs while the water flows through the depth in the designated discs.
The back flushing process involves clean water flow through a reverse direction to a filtering element.Decompression of the discs occur backwash process initiates and the filtered elements are expelled from the discs and put through the backwash manifold.
