Heatless desiccant compressed air dryer - max. 800 scfm | PTW series
Watts Fluid Air The regenerative desiccant dryers from Parker, akin to all dryers, is used to remove the water vapour from the compressed air. The dewpoint of desiccant or adsorption dryers ranges from -40 to -100 degrees Fahrenheit pdp. They are also extremely efficient since the moisture is removed by means of passage of air over an adsorbent regenerative material that eliminates moisture from the air. Keep in mind that the real air temperature after use of an adsorption dryers differs from its dewpoint and hence, for the liquefaction of water from water vapour, decline in temperature has to be -40 to -100 degrees Fahrenheit. Basically, -15 degrees Fahrenheit of pressure dewpoint will curb the growth of micro organisms that lie within the air system and provides resistance to corrosion as well. It can be used in places which demands the use of extremely dry air and also bringing clean dry air at the required time.
